Good catch, switched the order of the two sections and called out the need for a restart after the config change. Apologies if I didn't update the PR correctly, I'm still learning how to use Git properly.

Currently album art can only be displayed if your Navidrome instance is public. Additionally you must set the ND_BASEURL config to your public facing URL.
There is no need to restart Navidrome; Check the logs for any errors during initialization.
