2fb67d9757 refactor(text-animations): convert GlitchText from CSS file to Tailwind classes 
- Remove external GlitchText.css file dependency
- Convert all styles to Tailwind utility classes
- Maintain identical functionality and visual effects
- Improve component maintainability and consistency
